Continental or Full English Breakfast Selection of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cold meats, cheeses, breads and jams. On order at the grill: scrambled eggs, fried eggs, omelettes with a variety of fillings, fried tomato & cheese, beef sausage, pork sausage, bacon, steaks of the day. Selection of fruit juices, teas and coffees.

Luncheon

Buffet or A La Carte

Depending on the number of resident guests, luncheon can either be a buffet or a la carte. An example of the a la carte menu appears at the foot of this page with an indication of prices although these are subject to change without notice.

Dinner

Buffet

Soup of the day, cold meats, relishes, fresh salads, selection of breads. Selection of meats, poultry and game cuts grilled to order, vegetables and hot sauces. Stir-fry selection made to order. Extensive selection of puddings, desserts, tarts and sweet biscuits. Cheese and biscuits. Selection of fruit juices, teas and coffees.
